Hi, so i deposited and should have a cess to the scraaccess to the scratch card but i dont. I see maybe it is down. That said will i get my scratchcard after its fixed?

So you can comp everyone and their mama but can’t give owed scratch cards. Because new deposits of $30 or more will get them today . But can’t backtrack cards?

I want everyone to know how they are treating our new deposits. If your expecting your points or anything else they are just gonna tell you that it will be fixed. After assuring me that everything was normal except the scratch card and that would be given all owed days when fixed… im gonna post these screen shots from the agent in chat. She told me my account not getting points was something that they wasnt aware of and i needed to troble shoot the issue. After telling that points are not always given. Im just gonna post screen shots of the interaction.

Hello i made a qualifying deposit earlier today and still not able to play my scratch off bonus. How long is this maintenance issue? Are you able to at a least offer any non deposit free spins or bonuses for the time being…
