I want everyone to know how they are treating our new deposits. If your expecting your points or anything else they are just gonna tell you that it will be fixed. After assuring me that everything was normal except the scratch card and that would be given all owed days when fixed… im gonna post these screen shots from the agent in chat. She told me my account not getting points was something that they wasnt aware of and i needed to troble shoot the issue. After telling that points are not always given. Im just gonna post screen shots of the interaction.

This is absurd that such a heavily used feature is down for this long that is impactful to your entire customer base. Do you guys handle tech inhouse or through contractors? I would gladly become a temp contractor to fix this as ive over 25 years in development and this is one of my outlets for unwinding. Seriously, how do I get that ball rolling so we can expedite this?

Scratchcard has been down for days. And i did not recieve my reward points. I always receive reward points the following day after i make a deposit. Depending on the amount deposited but its been 2 days and i never got anything at all. Sooo sad.

I have not been able to get any of the scratch off bonus in over two weeks? What is the problem?

We players/paying customers look forward to our scratch cards daily. Like this is a horrible experience. And after that deposit/withdrawal situation lost our trust. It’s been days and still working on fixing the scratch cards. Ignition scratch cards work . Why it’s still a problem here.
They are still fixing some of the issues, we are getting there slowly but surely, and certain things would of course need to take priority over others
Are we ever going to get to play again without having to deposit and they take it and no rewards or appreciation for playing or nothing I really liked getting my scratch card every day
