Well, I I guess Iāll just have to get a hold of another device then.
It wouldāve been appreciated to have been informed in the terms & conditions that certain iPhones models where excluded or non compatible for this promotion.

Is there a reason why one would continuously get the same 2500 points upon every single scratch almost!? Kinda seems a bit jenky, if you ask meā¦

There is no specific reason for that, seems like a coincidence as the outcome is randomly generated

My last 4 or 5 scratches have all been 2500, thatās kind of odd for ārandomā though wouldnāt you think?

And again, like 8 days later and am still only receiving 2500 points on every single scratch!? So for you to tell me itās coincidence, and random, is bullshit! You and I both know it. And for yāall to try to convince people that itās ārandomā is insulting our intelligence. Absolutely absurd!! Iāll be putting my money into a different casino for the time being. I refuse to keep being ripped off!!.. Iāve lost wayyyyy more money at this casino than I have even came close to winning, not worth it to meā¦

Broken setup ā if you scratch a ticket and then deposit later in the same day then you lose the chance to scratch for your previous deposit and youāll lose 1 of your 3 scratches from that day. Iāve deposited a few times and am owed a few scratches from depositing on the same day when I scratched a card earlier the same day.

Please provide specific dates as to when this happened so that we can take a look.
I donāt have specific dates as I always delete the messages after checking them, but it was almost every time over the past 3-4 deposits. If you deposit on a day when you scratched your card from a previous deposit then you lose a scratch for that most recent deposit.
This just happened to me as well. I made my deposit late Friday night and did not get the scratch card till after midnight. So I only received it two times. I did not get one Friday since my deposit was close to midnight. So I lost the first card I should have got Friday.
@Sapphire it just did it again. You can look at my deposit on the 9th. The scratching system is broken. Can you fix this and give us our missing scratches?

This was issued from what I can see.
The point is that there are missing scratches from the deposits - āAdditional scratches for $30ā implies that you get stacked scratchesā¦ ie I can deposit one day, get 3 scratches, and deposit the next day for a grand total of 6 days worth of scratchesā¦ not deposit the next day and lose your previous scratches.
The dev team seldom really fixes these things and the support/mods typically has no idea how to track it for lack of tools so the verbiage should just be changed.
