I believe this was addressed by CS,
Ive deposited sometimes 5 to10x more than $30 a day and have always been able to get the Scratch Card to work… But it might as well not be able to work because each time it always rewards you with the minimum points … 2500 is the most common won with a redeemable value of $2.49

I’m not able to play the scratch card but says it’s available. After I click to begin the scratch card is not responsive
Hi, I believe you talked to CS about this.
They just told me to delete my history & cookies. And to go through chrome incognito. But it’s still not responding
Please provide us with a screenshot so that we can have this escalated.
So is it that you are unable to scratch the card?
Yes, nothing is responding except the option to redeem points

the little information window is also responsive
I’m using an iPhone and yes it’s is up to date
What model of iPhone do you have?
I currently am using an 8+
Are you able to try using another device? The scratch card does not support iPhone 8s.

No this is my first time
From the looks of it, your device appears to be the issue. We will need you to use a different device before we can have the matter escalated. At the present moment, you won’t be able to use the scratch card if you are using the following devices: iPhone 6, 7, 8, SE and older.
Is there any limitations when using on an android device?
