My super scratch card is not working and hasnt been the last 2 days. I know i deposited more than $30 in one deposit just yesterday and the day before. I contacted live chat and they said IT was working on it and to wait it out. But it’s still not working. It says to make a deposit. Any moderators that can chime in and let me know if or when this will be resolved? Thanks.
I am having the same issue. Deposited yesterday and customer service said it could take 24 hours.
I made my qualifying deposit for scratcher promo almost 24 hours ago and it still is not working. Because of a site malfunction I did not get to scratch yesterday and now I’m less than 4 hours from missing out on a second consecutive day to scratch.
Seems like this was handled by support.
Anybody else still having trouble with scratch card. I haven’t been able to use mine for 3 days. I’ve made the qualifying deposit as well.

When did they change the minimum from 10,000 points to a messly 2,500 points for those of us at the highest tier levels and have been playing on the platform for years. I remember when they started the newer version of the scracth card promtion adding the extra days play. It was suppose act like an incentive for when they stripped us of a daily reward points, for the previous days play and crypto deposits. And it clearly stated you had the opportunity to win a minimum of 10,000 to 200,000 points. " Clearly the 10,000 was what you won 99% of the time. " I remember this becuase i recieved an email telling me about the change. They absolutely exist! When I was first a “VIP” I used to get 50-100$ every scratchcard, they took me OFF of it after a while and I went back to getting $2.50 every night! I then got BACK on the “VIP” list but am lucky to get $5 or $10, usually get $2.50 which is literally a slap in the face to anybody. Brick and mortar casinos are known for the customer benefits they give, at my local one I get free hotel rooms, and 3 $50-$100 free bonuses at a 1X playthrough every week, and I spend more money here.

Well the scratches are gone now just like the Crypto Club, which was MUCH better, so we’re down to a casino with absolutely no rewards unless you’re a high roller…
