i had this deposit bonus available all week and i just used it yesterday (7/7)ā¦ trying to figure out what was going on iām now seeing that the scratch card isnāt even offered anymore- why are bonuses with it as a reward being given past their removal? i wouldnāt have deposited had i not been misled? this is very disappointing

I also have that deposit bonus in my account. I made a 30$ deposit on june 30th and was told the scratch card was gone. Then it appears in my account. I was told by an agent that its an old bonus, yet it expires on july 12. I was also told they were going to give me something in place of the scratch card and i never received anything. Its quite confusing.

So I just got done speaking with a chat representative and I mentioned something about the scratch card being taken away and this agent just asked me what issues was I having with my scratch card?
