I made a 58$ deposit during the outage and have not been able to use the scratch card! It keeps telling me to deposit!!!

So i thought that if you had an overall depodited amount of 30 or more within a day that you get the scratchcard. At least it used fo be like that i dont know how or why that changed but that sucks a bunchh.
bleep your neverending 2.50 scratch cards. sometimes logging in to play without depositing is nice but why put a scratch card if your going to pay the lowest 50 times in a row. ive gotten 10 a dozen times in a row so i get it but damn beak it up some. odds cant be they are always grouped or whatever. thanks for listening. i spoke on it in the survey/ questionnaire you sent out. i trust and been paid many times by this casino more than any other online casino but 2.50. thats like throwing half a crack rock to an addict and expecting it to be . lol thats all folks!

It is a single transaction of $30 or more. This hasnāt changed to my knowledge.
So why do they make one of the prizes from the Scratch card the lowest prize one penny Shy of being able to redeem it does anyone else ever have that problem? Ever since the fall of all crypto all I get is the 2500 points anyways now but 2500 is just a penny shy to be able to redeem why would they even make that an option. Thatās awesome they think like hey youāre a loyal customer let me give you a prize you canāt redeem

You should be able to redeem it. The minimum needed to be able to redeem reward points from anything is 2.50. Unfortunately I get that same small amount that youāre getting all the time on my scratch cards and I can redeem. Even though itās literally not enough to secure any type of win! It sucks!

I was just instructed here to wait 24 hours and then reach out if I still donāt have access. Of course in 24 hours if it still isnāt fixed, that would result in me losing a Scratch Day. Some stellar service, huh?
