I deposited the usual 30 dollars for scratch and earn like i always do but never got them ⊠i talked to a slots agent and they told me its only available if you deposit thru crypto all of sudden⊠whats going on !!
At the moment the issue with the Scratch Card is still being investigated. Once we have more information we will advise.
Didnt recieve scratchcard after 30 deposit.

This is not the issue, I deposited with crypto and having the same issue. Itâs not you, itâs them.

Ive been having issues accessing the scratch card bonus the last two days and to make issues worse ive been unable to connect with a person via chat all morning.please help me out

This isnât a problem! The rewards are randomly issues from the available prizes, itâs simply luck of the draw what you will receive.
