I usually get 2500 points every time but for some odd reason just the other day the first card was 25,000 ( I manage to play the $875 requirement and withdraw $350…got lucky and hit a bonus of $450 off a 40¢ bet) the second card was 75,000 points…that bonus requirement was $2600…there was no way I was going to try to play that through. Now the scratch cards are back at 2500 points. I only deposit the minimum every time.

Why is it that I pretty much get the same character every time I play my scratch ticket game it’s always the lady in a purple vest or whatever it’s always that person and it’s only 10,000 points. Why barely do I ever get anything better than that so that’s like 10 bucks after depositing. I don’t know I’ve deposited it over 1000 bucks at one time before indicate $10 in rewards is crazy.

When you get a scratchcard for morr than the 99% of the time $2.50, you DONT need to cash it all out at once, I never do! For example if you got lucky and won $20 like I did the other day, (1st one not $2.50 in over 50 days straight!) rather than cash it all out at once, and be stuck with a ridiculous playthrough requirement, I just take out $3-$5 at a time. Not only does it make the playthrough requirement much smaller but usually when you win in a game it’s right away, so you now have the chance to give 4 or 5 games a shot rather than 1 with a ridiculous playthrough! Just pointing this out in case people don’t know, it’s my strategy anyways!

How is it possible that the scratch card promotion daily switches from a minimum of $2.50 to $10. What the is a super scratch card. How can you change the minimum from to $10 to $2.50. As somebody depositing I would like to know what promotion I’m getting.
Your smart agent said the promotion can switch upon marketing discretion every single day, whenever you want. What kind of response is that!?!!!

It has literally changed for me multiple times the last two weeks from minimum of $10 which I had for 3-6months to a minimum of 2.50z. Back and forth

I used to get the minimum $10 a lot but haven’t gotten it in months, and Ive actually spent/lost a lot more money in these last few months but $2.50 every day
Why even give us a prize we can’t use? I keep getting 2500 points but that equals $1.66 and I can even use it because the minimum is $1.67 to use the bonus. I’m deleting my account.

Upset about the low amounts that I keep getting on my scratch cards! Its been going on way to long! I have never got 100.00 dollars or more on my scratch cards. And only got 50.00 once a long time ago! It’s bad enough losing money on here all the time deposit after deposit. But to get low amounts of 2.50 cents or 5.00 is a bit much! Especially when that’s the only incentive that slots lv gives now if it can even be considered that. Especially considering that you have to make a qualifying deposit of 30.00 dollars just to get them! Then when you do get the scratch cards it’s not even an sufficient amount to even do anything with! It’s just unfair and wrong on every level! Come on slots lv! At least give me something on my scratch cards that makes me feel all of the money that I’m constantly losing on here is somewhat worth it! BE FAIR! Sheesh! ( Now go ahead remove my post as usual)

I understand that scratch cards are intended as a promotional value and high amounts are not guaranteed. But it should be fair and there’s nothing fair about receiving small amount on going not stop! When getting a free cash bonus is not guaranteed either. So where is the incentive for a loyal player to want to keep playing here? No one wants to just keep depositing and losing money then have absolutely nothing to look forward to as a second or third chance! Because there is no cash back given anymore for depositing and there is no reward points given anymore for depositing either! And for the record I just scratched my scratch card and I received only 2.50 AGAIN! Nothing about playing here is rewarding or enjoyable anymore. I even tried letting my reward points from my scratch cards accumulate by not playing them right away but to my surprise that can’t be done because scratch card amounts can’t be saved and added to your next scratch card to increase the amount you have to play with.
Therefore I’m hoping that in saying my concerns have been noted is not just a way to appease me and that slots lv will actually make my experience playing here better by either offering some type of compensation or reward! Slim chance of that happening though right?

I am having issues with my scratch card as well. It says I need to make a qualifying deposit in order to activate it when I already made that deposit hours ago.
