***Scratchcard Promotion***

My gf spends about 10% of what I do, no exaggeration probably even less. She gets the good scratchcard 90% of the time, I get the shitty card 99% of the time. How the hell does that make sense???

I didn’t name anybody, I’m merely pointing out a fact. And that fact is that not one but two people I know who both play very rarely, get more on the scratchcard when they DO play, EVERY SINGLE TIME! And I’m a daily player, literally haven’t missed a day in YEARS but I get $2.50 every day while they make a single $30 deposit every other week or so and get 10-20,000 points. In fact one of them just got 50,000 2 weeks ago and she hadnt played in months. Doesn’t seem very random now does it? And I’m pretty sure I understand why this happens but I don’t wanna get in trouble so I’ll just leave it at that, it’s definitely not rsndom.

I’ve been getting $2.50 for MONTHS! There’s no way it’s random.

I deposited $30 earlier tonight around midnight and waited and waited for my scratch card to be available but still it’s not. I don’t understand. I’ve reached out to an agent and they said wait it out but then I’ll miss out on a day of being able to scratch. Help!!!

I have played The Super Scratch Card 17 consecutive times (once per 24-hour period, on eligible deposit days) and have won the minimum prize of 2,500 Reward Points in every single instance.
The prize list includes 7 distinct prizes up to 200,000 points. The probability of one outcome occurring 17 times in a row, even in a random system, is statistically extreme and suggests a potential technical issue or malfunction in the prize assignment on my account.
I am formally requesting that your technical support team manually review the log data for my last 17 plays of The Super Scratch Card to confirm that the prize assignment for those specific transactions was correctly executed by the pRNG system.
I look forward to your specific response regarding the log review, rather than a general statement on randomness."

WHY does it consistently take longer than a HALF HOUR (not UP TO 20 minutes) for the scratchcard bonus to be available after making a qualifying deposit? Seems like a scam to get another deposit as I have NEVER had my specific scratchcard deposit last longer than the wait for the credit! EVER!

Has anyone ever won more than 10,000 reward points off the scratchers? I’m on the last tier with rewards points and 75% of the time I only win 2,500. I don’t believe the promotion will let anyone win more than 10,000.

Just deposited $31.00 and won a grand total of $2.55 on 2 games. Gone in 3 minutes! EXACTLY what I said happens every single time I have to make a $30 deposit because my $500 I deposited in amounts of $10-15 dont count.
