Why is it that on my scratch card for the past 2 months I keep getting the same character so I been winning 2.50 every time I deposited 30 every 3 days thatās sucks. I donāt think it gives u a chance to win anything higher
Hi @Jerry206nw, scratch card results are completely random, not predetermined. Sometimes you might see the same outcome several times in a row, but bigger wins are still possible. Itās just the nature of chance!
Thatās also not completely, or even partially true. When I was a āVIPā I ALWAYS got between $50-$100 every single night.
Well Iām afraid we will have to agree to disagree on that one, as the rewards are issued to account randomly from what is available.
Ok, so youāre ādisagreeingā with an actual fact? Why am I not surprisedā¦so people like me who never let the scratchcard run out get absolutely nothing we just lost a weekly Match bonus, plus $122.50 a week in daily bonuses. Apparently your ātier levelā no longer has any kind of meaning either, so unless youāre a VIP thereās literally zero difference between what WAS the highest level (besides VIP) and someone who only started playing yesterday? Am I correct or am I missing something?

So I was told that as of now we only get 1 single match bonus per week but we will get 2 scratch cards per day? If all of our promotions with any value are being removed why am i not getting my 2 scratchcards per dat. Ive still been getting 1 each day even after the change. Someone needs to help me figure out why im not getting what im supposed to. You guys sure took away my match bonises but failed to add my extra scratch card per day. Whats the deal mods? Oh and chat boots me out before i get helped everytime. So im done dealing with chat. So hopefully mods can help me here.

Its 100% a technical issue or its just set that way. All i get for a long time is the sane thing 2500. If its actually random its statistically impossible for this to happen. So they shouldnt tell us what we know is not true

Please note that you would not be receiving 2 Scratch Cards per day as part of the Crypto Club . You would be receiving 4 days to be able to scratch instead of 3.

If you ever get to VIP status you get an average of $100 on every scratchcard, thats a fact. I know because I WAS a VIP for a while and thatās what I got. One day I was shocked when I only got $2.50 and found out that they removed me from the VIP without an explanation. Since then I got $2.50 95% of the time with the occasional $10.

Kindly note that the scratch card amounts are completely random for all players, including VIP members.

I deposited $30 and didnāt get the scratch card. I did a live chat and was told my account does not qualify for the scratch card and to remember all promotions have terms and conditions. JI asked for a link to the terms and conditions of the scratch card as I can not find them specifically for this promotion and was only given a link to the scratch card. I have received the scratch card in the past, so Iām curious why I am no long qualified.
Well not sure about the VIP status since i was once at that status, but only for like a very brief moment before it was removed. Although other than VIP, I am however the highest tier level of Platinum Paradise. Please, dont take the previous sentences as bragging or thinking im, āstatus dropping.ā Because this status is nothing but an embarrassment and disappointment. Embarrassed that i have spent the money and time to have been able to reach the highest tier. Disappointing that it has nothing to offer and anything rewarding unlike it claims it suppose toā¦ Just a reminder of what you have thrown away in order to reach the highest tier for all its rewards to be taken away and all those other as advertised to be never even given.
