The whole thing is kind of useless. My prizes are small every single time. I’m sure these are programmed based upon deposit size and losses. I would bet 5% or less actually end in a withdrawal

They are not, it is issued randomly.
I have the same exact problem and I’m still waiting on resolution.
I just scratched my card earlier today no problem. But when I went back later on and looked at it again, the winning symbols were in completely different places? Seems like that’s a little unethical.
I know the three winning symbols were all on the right side of the card and as you can see here they’re all on the left.

Thanks for reaching out with your concern. I completely understand how it can be confusing when you notice that the winning symbols seem to change locations on your scratch card. The symbols themselves, however, are randomly assigned at the time of production and will not change after the card
Please allow me to clarify: Scratch cards are designed with randomized outcomes, meaning that the placement of the winning symbols and their corresponding values can vary each time the card is scratched.
At least you guys are actually getting something I don’t know what’s wrong but I have gotten 2500 points for the last week and it’s really starting to bug me

At this point . Scratch cards is just set to get the lowest prize available. Where’s the fun in always getting the lowest prize?
