I have done all of that and still not working was told in the chat that’s there’s an issue and it’s a 2-4 hour wait time told by another rep” of course there’s no issue with it “ and told to wait longer couldn’t get an answer of what’s going on with it . It’s extremely frustrating wasting time in the chat told different things and no one has a clue can’t get a strait answer or even helped with an answer to a question I’ve asked instead getting a man answer about something I never asked about and being told that’s all they can do . My questions are basic would be nice to have someone who knows what’s going on and can give a legitimate answer to an issue in having instead of the run around
Clearly there’s an issue . It says takes up to a 20 min then in being told 2-4 hours by one person and told nothing wrong by anther
You are right the Scratch Card becomes available 20 minutes after the qualifying deposit. I am going to have this escalated to the promotional department and an update will be provided when available.

When I ask for a free bonus for this I’m told to use the refer a friend to get a bonus for that. I coulent do that if I wanted to because that’s down too I mean it’s frustrating beyond belief . Sorry don’t mean to be rude or anything it’s not your fault and you’ve been the most helpful thus far

I deposited 32$ over 2 hours ago and I still have yet to recieve the scratch card bonus. I loged out and cleared my cache. Still no result.
