***Scratchcard Promotion***

Here we go again…… Been waiting almost 2 hours for the scratch card bonus to work. Contacted chat and was told to wait even more hours. Nowhere on the site does it make mention that there are again issues with the promotion. These constant issues are getting old. Is the management incompetent as I don’t ever recall this many constant issues that we’ve all experienced over the past month.

@moderators Why haven’t I received my scratch in the Mega Scratchcard today??? It’s been 6 hours since I made my deposit! Contacted chat and they said wait a few more hours, that was 4 hours ago!!! These issues are getting very old! What’s even more disturbing, is not one mention that there are issues again with the Scratch-card promotion and you’re allowing deposits with no mention of the issue!

The day is almost over . Cs and mods know damn well it’s not going to get automatically issued. So in a few hours everyone that didn’t receive their points going to contact cs .they going to comp everyone . Like should’ve just did it the first time around smh

Yeah I made a couple deposits this morning thinking everything was back up and running. Contacted chat and they said they had to escalate the scratch card issue and not sure when it will be resolved on my account. Curious if anyone doesn’t have these issues that we’re having and it’s only certain accounts like our accounts have been flagged. It’s the same on all the sister sites too. The sites use to run flawlessly with promos and rewards.

Definitely on a downward spiral. Customer Service chat spends more time asking “If you have any fun plans today” instead of just being upfront that there are issues. Wasted over an hour today between both chats only to be told both times to be patient! Not sure if the sites are under new management/ownership, but something has changed and for the worst!

Just my personal experience as of late!

Is there an issue again with the scratch card?

Have not recieved scratchcard after deposit.

There seems to be an issue and a wait time of 2-4 hours before it’s available ? But was told by someone else there was no issue and wait longer

Seems that there is delay, however it was escalated and the team is working on it.

Why cant i acces the scratchcard… it always take 20 minutes after deposit. A friend had the same issue deposited and was never able to access scratch card even 10 hours later for him…nothing. it said to deposit still. Same for me. Anotherr problem.

Made a deposit this morning and I’m still waiting to be able to play the scratch card
Had my chats closed a couple times due to the agent just leaving me and not coming back
Probably 20 min+ each time.
That’s not very respectful of my time.
Good customer service is not about pleasing the customer every time or even fixing their issue- it’s about making your customer feel heard and their issues at least being addressed and looked into

What’s the deal and when will I be able to play the scratch card??

This is the what I was told . The chat was horrible useless and they are no help and lazy .


Been on chat, emailed and gave the tech step spill and still no scratch card access since deposit 8am this morning.

You might want to try clearing your cache and cookies, running a connection test, or unplugging your Wi-Fi for about 10 seconds before reconnecting. Using Incognito Mode can also help. Just make sure you’re logged out before trying these steps, and then log back in afterward.
