Why have I not received any scratch card promotions since it’s been undergoing maintenance forever now… I’ve lost out on a lot of promotions due to this maintenance that’s over for some but not for all…
I still have not received any of my scratch cards for my 30 dollar deposit last week and still no reward points for all the days I had over 20 dollars in deposits it’s ridiculous how can I get help with this

Just hit the menu button and select scratch card that way. That’s how I’ve been doing it.

My scratch card was 3 orange bitcoin coins but got 1000 points. I wasn’t able to get a photo but when I went back in to the card it was 3 black slot reel ones.

When a user uncovers three of the same icon, they’re awarded a prize in the form of Rewards Points. The amount is randomly generated, so it can vary each time.
Regarding the issue you mentioned, it’s possible it could be a display issue. I recommend clearing your browser history, cache, and site data ideally on a daily basis to help prevent any potential issues.
What about the points on current deposits? Is anyone getting theirs from deposits made yesterday? I haven received mine
Perk points we get the next day after making a qualifying deposit. Same ones we’ve had issues with.

I’ve review your account and confirm that the deposit bonus and point were added on 05/05/2025 at 1:08a ET. Both deposit bonus an point were added.
Today’s deposit Rose 5/6. I made the qualifying deposit yesterday. The next day the deposits are normally posted to my perk points by 8:32am MST. They are not there.
