@moderators i made a deposit serval hours ago of over 30 dollars and it went through and played with it, but I did not getting access to scratch card- pls fix

It’s been several hours and still nothing
Why didn’t recieve the ability to scratch my super scratch card I contacted support and they awarded me 20$ but i would like to have my other 2 days of scratches once again 20$ doesn’t seem equal to what the scratch card would have awarded me ugh I used to love this site now it’s becoming a constant issue
I feel that some sort of compensation should be offered for the outage issues this site is having. Recent policy has affirmed the feelings of slot.lv’s management concerning compensation. It shouldn’t be considered a part of normal play. It is not and players who enjoy these games shouldn’t be forced to alternate sites. Please adjust to compensate players for issues beyond their control.

I deposited two hours ago and the scratch card still hasn’t activated.
So I was just told that I’m not eligible for a scratch card promotion because it requires a $150 single deposit. Wtf???

Well, they did it again. I thought it was all fixed! Then they manage to mess up the one promotion I thought was stable, the scratch card. Incredible!! What’s up guys? Thanks for the extra free play but you guys keep messing up! Are you going to offer something for this latest screw up? I play the scratch card on a regular basis and you only make it available for theee days!!
