The issuance to players is at random. However I would assume you are statistically more likely to get a lower number than a higher number due to the availability of them.
The minimum and maximum you can win varies between all the players
Just gotta hit the cards at the right time. Mid day usually have better outcome. Never at reset on the dot.
Letās say I have a bookshelf with 20 books. I want to index them and start at 0 so I end up with 0-19. If I have a random number generator then I can randomly choose a number between 0-19 to pull a specific book. This is how a basic RNG works. You have an array of elements and you randomly pick an index to pull a random element. Now imagine that I take 14 books and just replace them with a single copy of 1 book. I will pull that book more often than the other 5 books on the shelf. Or I might apply a weight to the individual books so that those books are more likely to be picked. The term RNG likes to get thrown around, but it isnāt a true RNGā¦ they will either add more of the same symbol to an array or theyāll adjust the weights.
@Nickac masterfully demonstrated this in action. A true RNG would not have rendered those results.

I have 19 in a row at 10k and three 2500 before that then 10 in a row at 10k then back to 2500. All weee the lowest I could get at the time I believe

Iām LITERALLY DONE WITH AND TIRED OF LOSING MONEY ON HERE!!! And canāt get above 10k in reward pioints for the scratch card and Iāve lost well over a couple of thousand! This is the worst casino experience ever! Iāve been taken for my money so many times Iāve lost count! Every time that I deposit I get robbed! Iām just at a loss for words that I havenāt caught a lucky break yet. And I deposit between 20 and 30 dollars. So do the math on how many deposits that is to total over 2000 in losses! And itās been going on for months! This definitely isnāt RNG AND WHERES MY RTP AT? Guess it just doesnāt exist anymore!

Yeah the scratch game is the worst promotion, Iām done with it personally. Itās not worth the 2500points so much so that it irritates me to even scratch the cards anymore. I donāt know whatās going on with slots but the forum is dead, the casino doesnāt pay out often, the promotions are hit or miss, it used to be a really fun place, I hope they can see how this will eventually drive us to somewhere else, not a lot of incentive to keep depositing here.

Kinda lame for me because I will never get a bonus because cs says that I am āwinningā and bonuses are for people that are losing to get back in the game .

They can switch it right back at any time. I got between 50,000-100,000 points for a while then it dropped to 2,500 points every day for months. Occasionally it goes back to the card youre describing and Iāll get the 10,000 but Ive gotten 2,500 for the past week.

Heās not talking about āfluctuationsā. Heās talking about yall switching back and forth between 2 totally different sets of cards. Different minimum win amount, completely different points you can win, and completely different symbols on the cards with a different legend or key explaining what the various symbols mean. They are 2 different games. Started happening to me also. And when I tried to ask chat about it, they just disconnected the session on me every single time they realized that I was right. So my question is how are you legally able to use 2 completely different games for a single promotion yet call them the exact same thing? How are you allowed to not mention the specifics about this promotion in your terms and conditions?
You do realize that basically, by EVER letting anyone win the card that starts with a min of 10,000 points and then unexpectedly just go back to the original card where the minimum is 2500, this is false advertising.
Wonder how long before this is deleted by admin??

The prizes for the scratch card will not be the same for all players.
Whatever you can see on your specific card is what you will be able to win.
What happened to the scratch cards with better rewards. It went back to 2500 minimum
