Deposit Issue Under Review

Right now, all we’ve been told is that the team is actively working on the issue, and once it’s resolved, any pending deposits will be posted. That’s the only update we have at the moment.

We’ll share more info as soon as it’s available.

Any missing deposits from last night are currently being reviewed by the Payments team. They will be added to accounts, but it may take a bit of time as they work through everything.

Has anyone gotten their deposit credited yet? If so, how long did you wait? Did you get a notification at all or just have to keep logging in like a psychopath? :crazy_face:

I’ve received nothing

They will not respond. Happens every time. They ignore the problem till they can get it to go away

The missing deposits will be reviewed and adjusted by the Payments team, we dont have ETA when they will be added. Once they’re posted, they’ll appear in your account automatically—you won’t need to keep logging in.

Last night? Try yesterday morning and still nothing!

Are we supposed to be able to add funds now? Or will those also disappear?

The team has confirmed that new deposits are being credited, and we’ve seen accounts with successful deposits as well. You should be able to add funds without them disappearing.

Yes the issue is still here across all slot.lv platforms I just spoke to chat and they told me the financial department has made a decision to chose that match pay and card transaction isn’t suitable for my profile. How so mind you I don’t use crypto currency. When will this be fixed because I was just about to delete my accounts. Ignition, cafecasino and bavado is doing this. Whats the turnaround time?

Hi, this is something that is decided by the payments team, i’m afraid certain payment methods would not be available for all accounts

I added funds. They went through. I played and WON. I then made a Lightning WITHDRAWAL which didn’t work! I cant cancel it OR get someone to help, it was a Lightning withdrawal, went through for the wrong amount but didn’t actually go through at all! So now I’m minus 2 deposits from 20 hours ago AND a withdrawal!

Try to make a new withdrawal, i’m seeing nothing pending right now

Edit: why did the second half of this post not print with the first half? Is this going on with bovada, ignition, and Cafe casino as well?
