When situations like this occur we would probably be more understanding if your live chat didn’t avoid our conversations and our questions. It’s BULLSHIT!! you should have extra reps on hand to answer everybody’s questions and reassure your paying customers. This is where and when. you’re out of line
Still nothing. After this mant hours I have little hope that my deposit will be credited. I feel like I just got scammed.
They offer a $20 credit at 35x absolutely ridiculous. I feel I won’t be seeing that money either.
I made a deposit with bitcoin Lightning at 10:10am for the amount of $25 . It was 24.95 It went through and took the money from my account and it’s not reflecting. My account doesn’t even show deposit and it said successfully deposit in green at the top. right after I sent it. I went to play and it’s not there… I know it’s under maintenance right now but it was sent before it said that maintenance. I scanned the QR code like I always do and no it’s not there. This is concerning to me because bitcoin lightning is almost for instant and it said successfully deposit.

Seeing how I was one of the first people affected by this I hope I’ll be one of the first to see my funds in my account.
I deposited bitcoin lightning at 9:30am and my balance still hasn’t updated. This is bullshit. I would have played another casino…anything but this… I’m pissed. Of course they don’t refuse deposits, they just let us deposit and have our funds tied up all for 15 hours. What the hell?

I had to ask if there would be some compensation for this train wreck of a situation and from what I was told by an agent I finally got to 12 hours later. This refund would be offered to everyone. So you should be offered it for your troubles. Considering it’s taken 12 hrs to even finally communicate an update. God knows how long it will take to even get or funds. I asked if there would be a email or alert sent to inform us but of course nobody in customer service seems to respond. I hope everyone gets there money but the handling of the situation doesn’t make me seem to hopeful.
