This has been my favorite casino for a while, then I hate to say this but it feels a lot like an exit scam. The banner wasn’t pinned on the site for at least an hour and a half after I deposited, And they were aware of the situation well before then I’m sure. Pretty disheartening for them to treat us this way after all the money I dumped in here. I hope I’m wrong, But this just really doesn’t make sense.

Any update me and my husband both deposited 250$ with our card and charged us but no funds where added can I please get a update I’ve been waiting patiently since 11 a.m

Hey all, I’m sure the SLV team is doing their best trying to fix the bug while also trying not to create an issue elsewhere in the coding… Let’s just try to be positive and patient. Unless they just dipped and went out of service, I’m sure it will be back up… Trust me, I feel no different than you guys! Been waiting since 5 this morning lol The gambling withdrawals hit hard huh?

When situations like this occur we would probably be more understanding if your live chat didn’t avoid our conversations and our questions. It’s BULLSHIT!! you should have extra reps on hand to answer everybody’s questions and reassure your paying customers. This is where and when. you’re out of line

Still nothing. After this mant hours I have little hope that my deposit will be credited. I feel like I just got scammed.
They offer a $20 credit at 35x absolutely ridiculous. I feel I won’t be seeing that money either.
I made a deposit with bitcoin Lightning at 10:10am for the amount of $25 . It was 24.95 It went through and took the money from my account and it’s not reflecting. My account doesn’t even show deposit and it said successfully deposit in green at the top. right after I sent it. I went to play and it’s not there… I know it’s under maintenance right now but it was sent before it said that maintenance. I scanned the QR code like I always do and no it’s not there. This is concerning to me because bitcoin lightning is almost for instant and it said successfully deposit.
