Same, made a btc deposit around 7am, stayed positive the whole day, still trying not to let it get to me but starting to feel negative a little😄especially being 3 Million points over the 2 million required points and sadly I’m not even VIP😒

No, that’s not what we’re saying. The Payments team is reviewing the missing/stuck deposits and will manually credit your account once everything checks out. It may take some time, but the funds won’t just disappear.

Ok that makes a lot more sense thank you I understand now it’s just so fuked because on my deposit it don’t pop up but when I just made a lil transaction of 50 bucks I ca still see my recent deposit on the list that pops up after u make a deposit but not on my transaction just lmk if you guys need anything from me.
Do you approximately how long the wait can be like are u thinking like the next couple hours or couple business days ?

This is so f-ing ridiculous! You provided an update that the payment team was manually adding our deposits 4 hours ago. I still don’t have my money. Here is my deposit information since your customer service chat is off and they never respond. Post my deposits
Unfortunately we are unable to post any deposits and neither are CS, this is being addressed by the financial team, who are working to get account credited asap. They have advised us this may take time, but we do not have a timeline for completion as of yet.
I am just tiered to having to log in to see if my deposit is showing just to see my balance has still not been updated. Everytime my heart sinks and I wonder if I just lost my deposit for good.

I got it canceled and redid it. It worked this time. I’m still waiting on 2 deposits, over 24 HOURS now, thats crazy.
