I am still missing my lighting deposit from this morning and I can’t seem to get through customer support either. This is very concerning.

That’s ridiculous. If it was maintenance where’s the notice? The site has been having too many issues lately and I’m starting to lose confidence.

Absolutely like they need to let us know cuz guess what . What if that’s all I had to spend I woulda went elsewhere with it this time since they are down . Nah they let people input their money and now we have to wait to use their service we paid for hours in advance and it’s ridiculous

Yeah exactly. Why were they still accepting payments 30m ago when I launched my roll into the void when they clearly knew about it for over 2 hours. If there’s no compensation for those who are missing funds, it’s truly a sad state of affairs.

Class action lawsuit. They have to abide by the better bureau . We paid for a service and received nothing . This is highway robbery

Haha idk if that’s how things work in Curaçao. They’re usually pretty good about compensation, sucks in the meantime though.

Apparently can’t access the chat either it says verification failed redirecting
I made one with matchpay that didn’t go through and then matchpay was off the deposit list so I made one with jiggle that didn’t go through and then the maintenance screen was popping up for deposit list lol why not put that up before so I didn’t make 2 deposits that’s still not in my balance
