That’s pretty concerning for me, from a customer point of view. I have all of a sudden had my regular bonus, that I regularly use, thats been a part of my account for a very long time now, removed entirely as of May 1st, Monday. Because of this I have withheld making any deposits until my offers either return or until I am given a reasonable and understandable explanation for removal. Ive been patiently and also eagerly waiting for either so I can finally play. No solution by end of the weekend and I will just have to take my deposit(s) elsewhere to other reputable sites that dont nuke their long time customers bonuses out of nowhere with NO EXPLANATION.

Any update with the 150% bonuses? Support has been quite unhelpful over the course of numerous messages. I don’t understand why these bonuses have disappeared without any reasonable lines of communication.
Agreed. When you contact chat support, they will literally waste an hour of your time to say “sorry no bonuses are available”. We’re enrolled in the super crypto program and the terms are simple. Why?

@Bigred2539 You have to deposit in order to receive perks. This was also discussed via live chat and you were informed how that works.

That’s not how the program works or has ever worked. You receive a 150% bonus that you can use 3 times per week. You don’t need to deposit without a bonus first, that’s literally ridiculous and is not how it works. It’s fine, I’m not playing here again after this nonsense.
By the way Emma, do you not see the many other people talking about this? I’m right about this, and you are wrong. Your support is wrong.
You havent ever needed to deposit to receive perks. The program has never had that requirement. You are supposed to receive 3 guaranteed 150% bonuses. Suggesting that I am wrong while refusing to look into this situation at all is disappointing.
EDIT: The 150% bonus just reappeared and I haven’t deposited. Looks like I was right after all. I am shocked at the lack of support and accountability over a small mistake like this and I’ll take my business elsewhere.

What the heck does that even mean? We’re supposed to deposit 3 times in what time frame? This is NOT how it has worked. I’ve received these perks every time I deposit over the past 6 months. I never deposited without a bonus prior. Not once.
