Nick please look into this further. I am 100% sure that you’re wrong and the terms you just listed make no sense.
Your first 3 deposits will credit 3 sets of spins it doesn’t matter if it is the same day or not. But after the first 3 sets are issued you can only get them once per day.

I’m not arguing about spins. I’m telling you I have received a 150% deposit every week as part of this program. It is now gone. You’re telling me I need to deposit 3 times. Now, you’ve shifted to talking about spins.
Why would I need to deposit 3 times to get a bonus? I’ve used these 150% bonuses numerous times without ever depositing first or without a bonus.

Usually, the start of the week brings a new 150% bonus. If I deposit and use it, I’ll get 2 more 150% bonuses. I am not understanding why you and support are telling me to deposit 3 times without a bonus.
You only need to deposit once to get the rewards which include the bonus, the spins and the points.
After that you will need to deposit to get further sets of spins.
If you’re telling me that somehow my inactivity and lack of recent deposits over the past month have somehow resulted in my bonuses being removed, you need to update the terms of service to be clearer.
The way the rule you just posted reads is “deposit three times during a week and then you’ll get a 150% bonus”. If that’s really how you’re choosing to proceed, OK, but I can assure you it has not been this way in the past. Look at the other comments. We’re not trying to cause problems.

You guys can run your business how you choose, but this has been disappointing. Insisting that nothing has changed and citing terms and conditions that aren’t accurate or relevant.
This program has NEVER required a deposit to earn the 150%. If things changed, tell us, but insisting I’m just wrong is a bit frustrating. Have a good day, I do appreciate your time.

As I said, I have never deposited without receiving a 150% bonus. In the past, this has never been the case…
The 150% bonus was always available, and then using the bonus to deposit would generate the other perks like points and spins. Then, you’d get two more 150% bonuses. It’s been like this forever, so something certainly changed.
EDIT: The 150% bonus just reappeared in my account and I have yet to deposit at all! Wow. Multiple forum moderators and support agents insisting I was incorrect instead of actually listening. I’m disappointed by this exchange.

I understand dealing with folks who gamble is difficult as they’re often upset, but we have now seen four different reps or forum moderators insist I was wrong over the course of days. All of a sudden, the bonus now reappears like no deposit is needed after all.

From what I see your account is not part of Super crypto program, thus you wouldn’t receive spins for crypto deposits. However, you received match bonuses.
As for the transactions’ fee there’s nothing we can do, unfortunately. We don’t have any fees on crypto transactions.
