@Nick I am grateful and commend you on being able to assist a little on that situation. But out of curiosity, how come sometimes I’ve had agents issue $50 when I don’t receive my spins . And then you issued $4.50 . I know does have a max value of $40.00. I am appreciative the fact that my post was even acknowledged. But I am just confused and don’t necessarily agree with the $4.50 when I have had $50 issued a few times when they didn’t show up . By no means am I arguing so please don’t think that . I was just curious.
$4.50 is the value of the spins, so it’s the same as just issuing you the spins, which I can’t as they have expired now.
Well no because when I didn’t receive my spins before I got $50. And this has happened unfortunately a few times . So if it has the opportunity to a Max amount of $40 , I mean I shouldn’t get shorted like that .
They should actually credit you the amount of the spins so you are able to play them.
It may be as they credited you that for something else.

Thank you Nick. I tried the customer service agent who said the bonus was available to me, then I showed him the screenshot where it wasn’t. Then he said it was expired. I then asked him which it was, and he said the bonus was available and couldn’t be added again. (So inconsistent)
Never given one of the agents anything but 5 stars before but that Ricardo guy really didn’t communicate well.

I did a deposit yesterday but unfortunately by the time it deposited, I was 30 cents short of the minimum requirement for the spins and reward points. I spoke with customer service and they made an exception to credit me the rewards. I’ve received the spins but still waiting for the rewards points. Can’t get through on live chat so thought I’d try here. Thanks!

They have been screwing me every single time! I have videos and photos of it but they just make up some excuse and never do a damn thing about it! Now I just made a deposit have the address and the lady just ended the chat!
@Frank @Nick my 150% bonuses have disappeared. I’ve contacted support for a total of around an hour and a half, but they just keep telling me no bonuses are available. Any ideas? I’ve been in the super crypto program a long time I just want the 150% to deposit

I am experiencing the SAME exact issue. With no real answer or solution as to WHY this is happening all of a sudden… Very disappointed as I have wanted to deposit for days now and always use my offered bonus when I do so. Instead I have made zero deposits because of this issue.

@Chicomeme spins were issued. If you are referring to asking those prior to 24hour timeframe, we are unable to expedite the process.
@Mividaj55 sadly that is not something we can make an exception for. Moving forward consider adding $2-3 more to cover the fees.
