Wild Diamond miner free spins frozen after the first winning spin. Not able to play through the rest of the spins and winnings from the spin below never paid out. Same issue as 10x vegas lately.

I received my free spins but never got the bonus reward points. I had 3-5 deposits this past week
Deposited a few times all over the $20 minimum and nothing as far as the bonus or free spins

Now that I see this , I’m not sure I received my $10. But I also got jipped out of a few “50 free spins” last week since one of my deposits landed on a Sunday . For some reason even though their system glitched , somehow they made it seem like it’s my fault & that I should have known better then to make a deposit that late on a Sunday . It’s TMI I’m sorry . It’s just getting to a point to where I’m frustrated enough to actually respond to this forum. Even worse that responding on here only benefits their forum while I’m still left getting my inquiries dismissed no matter how many deposits I keep making.

You had 3x on 24th, 1x on the 25th, 1x on the 26th, 1x on the 27th and 1x on the 28th.
No I am , because on Monday I received 50 free spins from the previous week that I was owed. One of those counted as 1 of 7 “50 free spin” , when it was supposed to have been issued prior .
@Nick The 3x on the 24th , 1 was really from the previous week . So I should still have another “50 free spin “. I shouldn’t have gotten penalized like that when I was already owed them from the week before.
