@moderators this is getting crazy i was told last night to wait 24 hours yall couldn’t add my spins or points until it had been 24 hours. Then i waited the time frame and messaged customer service on chat and they tell me i didnt claim my btc exclusive freespins before i deposited or something then told me i would have to wait until they created a ticket and escalated my problem and it would be another 24-48 hours. Ive been with yall for years and this past year its getting worse and worse. So can i be compensated something since i cant even get my spins added?

They are typically issued up to 24 hours after you make a qualifying deposit.
I made deposits using crypto yesterday at the following times (all EST):
10:26 AM
11:26 AM
11:34 AM
12:14 PM
12:43 PM
It’s interesting but in inquired last week about “little gifts” that I usually get every Tuesday - the customer service agent I spoke with said I would have needed to deposit every day of the week in order to be eligible. It’ll be interesting to see if I get anything today considering I didn’t deposit one day in the last 7, although I have deposited almost $800 in the last 7 days.

Yep they’re saying 24-48 hours. Most weeks it’s 20 min 
@moderators nick helped me yesterday and credited my account accordingly. However, the first two deposits I made on the site were pretty large because I was under the impression that I would receive the super crypto bonus rewards but have still not been credited with the correct amount for the promotion. Yesterday got my points and free spins as soon as I posted on here. I usually do. By the time I sendd they get credited. But wether it’s 2 min after deposit or 6 hours. Spins never ever come until I ask for them. Wtf is up with that
