I also had to fight so hard with them today with 3 agents. So first i opted into the program waited a day and saw they sent me something saying make a $25 qualifying deposit of crypto and we will give ya 50 buffalo freespins. So being that I opted into the exclusive program I wanted to make sure that if i made that deposit id be getting the program and the buffalo stuff. I was told I would have to wait up to a day for my stuff to come, so I asked “I will have to wait for my deposit to be matched too?” he said to make the deposit and he would try and make it work out. Somehow we convieniently disconnect and I didnt get crap.
I contact the second agent, explain the situation and went back and forth, with her telling me to wait the full 24hrs for my stuff to come. Once again I asked about my matched deposit and I didnt get much of an answer. Then once again we somehow got disconnected.
Contact the third. He basically tells me that the 50 buffalo spins arent going to happen, so he gives me $50 bonus with 1x rollover. He tells me to wait for points and spins. I then ask him about my matched deposit and he tells me that I somehow forfeited it. Not because I played with my deposit but because on their end I somehow made the decision to forfeit my bonus?? I even asked why did I have a weekly double bonus in my rewards section and if I used it, would it mess with anything. They didn’t answer me. I called bs and said that I have been trying to get an answer out of the customer service people way before i even made the deposit and after about all of what I believed I was owed. He basically tells me oh well and thats that.
So I have made 2 qualifying crypto deposits since i got into the program and all I have recieved was a $50 bonus for the 50 buffalo freespins. Nothing else. Had i known it would go down like this I probably wouldnt have done all of this.

From what I can see you are just missing spins from your last deposit.
The rewards can take up to 24 hours to be issued from the time of your deposit, so you are well within timeframe.
