Yep received message that they were reissued went to my rewards and claimed the 100 free spins and nothing when open the game. Have tried clearing cache, using different browser and device, etc.

Tried just about everything you can think of when troubleshooting with support. They even went as far as asking me my ISP as if my internet service provider is blocking me from receiving the free spinsā¦ seems very likely. But I guess at least theyāre showing some interest in helping fix the issue so thatās a plus.

I havenāt received my points and my freespins either it took 5 or 6 days last week for me to get them that I was owed from the previous week. So the ones I got Thursday last were owed from Sunday before that. Still am waiting on them and its a new week now.
