Where are my deposit bonuses?!?

I received a notification that bonuses were changing (read: getting worse). Yet I don’t have any bonuses available. Why is that? Why have I been disconnected TWICE by the atrocious customer service? I used to spend quite a bit of money here. Now? The games are terrible and constantly kick me out, the employees are awful and can barely read let alone do their job yet find it acceptable to condescend to the people who literally pay their salaries. Slots isn’t doing what they’ve promised in the deal we’ve made and think somehow a bunch of 9¢ spins are going to make it okay? What a joke. Someone get back to me. I’ve got damn near seven million points and these people act like I’m shit on their ■■■■ing shoe.

I’m well aware of the bitcoin exclusive program changes, which probably shouldnt have taken place until the website became stable. With that being said, where are my deposit bonus offers? I haven’t had any in my account for days. This is another indication of this website is going downhill. Please advise immediately. I reached out to customer service via chat and it was a complete waste of time once again. Yet another disappointment and I’m shit out of luck.

@moderators There is a glitch in the bonuses being applied. Like these great customers, I too…haven’t had those bonuses in my account for quite awhile. Every week it generally just shows up as “No bonus available, check back later” I chalked it up to you guys changed things, but I don’t think that is it. This may need to be looked into.

My rewards store NEVER has anything in it either. Like NEVER. I mean why have a rewards store if there is nothing to buy?

Yep, I haven’t received anything in about a week even after deposit after deposit. I have tried chatting and they just tell me “could take between 24-48 hours.” How else can this be looked at?

Man, I was depositing here every day with the crypto daily double up but haven’t deposited a penny on over a week since I don’t have any bonuses. I’m a Gold Frenzy tier account, with zero deposit bonuses for the past week or so. I refuse to deposit unless I get atleast a 150% match bonus and it sounds like everyone seems to feel the same. This is bad for business and this was my favorite casino until recently.
