Finally had a deposit bonus of 100 free spins with $30 deposit. Claimed it with my deposit but when opened the game to play them it didn’t give me the option to play them. Chatted with customer service first time and they tell me the free spins were issued and to open the game again. Tried this and still nothing. Chatted again and this time they tell me that I had forfeited the bonus shortly after making the deposit. Definitely not the case and I explained that to customer service. So they send me a message that they reissued the spins and to claim them in my rewards. Do so and go to open the game and still nothing. So have to try to contact support again which is never an easy or quick process. Just to be told that I’ll have to wait another 24-48 hours to hear back from them. So will be 96 hours by the time I hear back and hopefully will be able to play the spins for my deposit. Not real confident will ever happen at this point. So are your deposit bonuses screwed up or whats the issue? Never once had this problem before now.

A night with cleo, nope same slot and same problem both times. The free spins show up as being issued in my transactions but open the game and nothing.
What I don’t understand is how one customer service agent can tell me that the spins were issued and to just re-open the game then 20 minutes later someone else tells me that the bonus was forfeited shortly after the deposit was made. What are you guy’s looking at 2 completely different sets of info or…?
