Yeah I’m pretty much tired of losing money on here! It’s been going on wayyyyy too much! Then it’s even more of a let down when I claim reward points for the crypto club and it’s always just 2.50 cents when there have been players on here getting between 50k and 100k! I play way too much and been with slots lv wayyyyy too long for no free cash bonuses or more reward points! I’m beyond disappointed!

I have scratched the scratch card over 10 days in a row and keep receiving $2.50. I miss the old days, when the casino would give you monthly reward points of $100 or so dollars according to how much you played. This having to deposit at least $30 every 2 days for this bunk bonus is for the birds!!!

Thanks Liv for taking my feedback…I also think it would be cool if there were more free tournaments for VIP players. I love Slots.Lv but really do wish that there were more fun promos for avid players. It keeps players going even when they may not be having such good luck. Well, just my 2 cents. THANKS AGAIN !!!

i havent made a significant deposit on this site for a while now until a couple days ago (simply because this sites promos and rewards section and lack of decent customer service outright sucks)
but i thought to myself “maybe i have judged them too harshly” and made a $100 deposit. needless to say it didnt last more than a few minutes and it wasnt like i was making doing huge spins here or anything, it just wouldnt hit on anything. so then i thought “at least i have the scratchoff to look forward to” and i won the very smallest amount all 3 days.
not to mention i had like 1.55 worth of points i wanted to redeem, but it said i couldnt unless i had 1.66 to redeem. what the flying fuq is that? thats fuqing stupid!
really nice guys, really nice. nothing like a good warm welcome from slots.lv reminding me why you guys are #1

It has been pretty crappy with the wins. I finally got more than $2.50 on the scratch card the other day, I got $10.00 after receiving $2.50 for the last 10 days straight. The playthrough limits are outrageous deposit for their bonus. You get an extra $100 and have to playthrough 12k to win.

This random scratch card has provided. Me with 2,500 points 11 straight times and out of the last 23 times I have gotten a scratch card I haven’t gotten over 5k points once and got 5k 2 out of 23 scratches lol 2,500 points 21 of 23 times. That’s really bad, I tried to give this place a shot. But that is not random, and I’m just giving up at this point. Hopefully one day it will change. Good luck everyone.

So after changing the rewards to require a minimum of 2500 or at my level 1.66 to redeem, that didn’t work. I could not convert 2500. It’s been annoying and apparently the “fix” for this issue has been to now require 1.67 to redeem. Well the stupid scratch card was, I assume, designed to allow the prizes to be used? Or not? Since most of the time the amount is 2500, that’s pretty messed up to not be able to redeem that amount.

What time is the cut off for the cards? Mine triggers are 11pm my time, but I fell asleep… today, I go to claim it and it says “Deposit”… this has happened several times. It always happens on the last one.

ive deposited repeatedly and never received stacked scratchers never even thought it possible
My scratch card stat totals to date:
Date of first scratchcard: August 23
My total cards scratched: 102
10,000 point scratch: 6
20,000 point scratch: 3
50,000 point scratch: 1 (on the 24th of August)
Over 50,000 points: 0
2,5K/5K points: 92 (over 75% of which were 2,500)

its terrible isn’t it and you know what’s even more mind blowing? the fact that chat support on numerous occasions (no joke) says that this scratch card is definitely random and runs on rng – ! like what?! so having the results of 2500 points, the lowest results straight, for more than 70% of the time, is RANDOM?
i must be a fool then.

I’ve a question, so for the past month, i’ve noticed that they’ve changed the results with 10,000 pts being the lowest, which is great, because wow, slots.lv is attempting to somewhat improve this promotion?! Anyway, for a month straight, the lowest results you can win is 10k points, but yesterday, i scratched 2500 pts. and today, the lowest results is 10k again… is this normal? i thought they got rid of the 2500 pts (green girl) – is this now random too? it’s so frustrating.
