No technical issues take this long. Probably putting in new software to rig some games a little bit more.
I have been waiting for weeks now on a matter was told would be corrected within 48 hours after spending all night on chat!!!

I’ve also received multiple messages addressing matters I never discussed and am baffled by this poor attempt to dismiss me and waste my time and take my money no updates at all!!!

Yes this happened to me yesterday. I made a Crypto deposit and never received it on the site also couldn’t get a hold of anyone through the chat
Take all the time you need to fix the problem, not like we are getting any update or information on what the problem is.
The only thing I need from the mods at this time is that when the issue is fixed, I will be able to withdraw my money immediately. I will not be spending a penny here.
I’ve been waiting for 27 hrs and this is insane. I’m a diamond flurry member and I’ve never experienced anything like this. I’m dead set on closing my account if I don’t get my money soon. And I’m expecting some serious compensation. It’s one thing to have an account issue but when I can’t even reach out to get an update it really pisses me off. They’re going to lose a lot of business after this!

Since this issue is been going on for well over 24 hours why aren’t you guys at least sensing everyone money back eapecially since you have no plan to compensate for taking their money and making them wait for days on end
This is what I’ve been saying all along, but it fell upon deaf ears of course. It’s not rocket science and it doesn’t take a lot to make it right. But I have seen over and over again that you choose to stay silent and have shown nothing but disrespect to all your customers. This is a slap in the face.
Maybe an update would be nice right about now. At least tell me where my deposit is since you been holding it hostage for over 24 hrs now. At least hostage negotiators let people know their intended plans. Can’t even do that shit correctly.
