The deposit I made last night was no small change. I better have the option to withdraw these funds IMMEDIATELY without playthrough requirements. I don’t care what you have to go through. As a player on this platform as well as their sister sites, I can tell you that even as a hosted player, compensation is not guaranteed and most times the amount is so small it’s actually an insult and makes you angrier.
I have been there through a lot of their website problems through the last several years, but this is the straw that broke the camels back.
All those crypto deposits made that are sitting in your account… when the value increases from cryptocurrencies rising we’ll still be credited the value we deposited but you’ll keep the profits. Just like banks investing your money and keeping profits. There’s no technical issues you’re holding on to our money to make more money for yourselves. If I see a surge in crypto before I get my money I’m closing my account.
