I did not see a warning regarding deposits using a mobile device. My deposit has not posted to my account.

I’m referring to the AML policy. I do not want to play through these funds and I’m essentially demanding a refund.
Quite frankly, I shouldn’t have to play through these funds since you did not make any effort to inform me of the issues you have with your site nor the delay, and yet to know time it would take, to make these funds available.

This is unacceptable. There is no banner anywhere! I have screen recordings all the way from the top to the end of the page and zero. Interesting that it takes your deposit!!! Website works to take your deposit but nothing else. There isn’t even a temporary message on your phone system. You call and it rings and leaves you on hold for hours!!! I run a call center and this is bad business. You should have a temporary greeting on your IVR.

I Still haven’t received my 2 deposits from this morning. what is the hold up? This is unacceptable. They aren’t biggest deposits but just the same i paid to play and could not. Correct this at once or i will have no choice but to contact my attorney and gaming commission in regards to this incident

Haven’t got my deposit either played with cafe forever but this doesn’t look good my deposits are missing says went through honestly yall I THINK THEY WERE HACKED! Probably why they’re locked out of the system and none of the updates are working would make the most sense why else wouldn’t they be able to access they’re system and none up the updates working oooof hope this company’s okay cause it’s looking real bad
