It is perfectly fine to play, we do not have any current updates providing any of the promotions, but will advise as soon as we do.

Still the same thing on the free spins this month. Not working crashing out, still no resolve on my scratch card, nor reward points. I don’t suppose this will ever be fixed

Would love to get an update on withdrawals…I realize there is a lot going on, but it’s been multiple hours since requesting my withdrawal, and it’s still being reviewed. It has only taken an hour at the most for any of my previous withdrawals to be reviewed.

Is there any info you can provide pertaining to withdrawals? My withdrawal request has been pending for numerous hours since requesting it… All of my previous withdrawals were processed in an hour at the most…

So I recieved a 50$ compensation at the beginning of this site wide issue. That was something like 8 days ago. Seems to have been a site wide basic compensation. Now with the reward points and scratch cards having been down over a week, all of us have missed out on these reward points. I have contacted staff on multiple occasions, the responses have been unhelpful, uninformed, lies, and rude.

The question I think most of us have is are we going to be compensated these missed reward points from scratch card and crypto menber deposits. Bovada has given the missed spins to their players. Cafe casino has it advertised that they will be given any missed spins to players when the issue is fixed. And I’m pretty sure at one point you guys had a message up stating to not worry that we would be given the missed scratches as well. When the scratch card was down.

Now he very rude and unhelpful staff member, when I asked them (yes multiple) about being given the compensation or the spins and reward points for these recent 8-10 days, the response was that i had already been given compensation. The original 50k reward points that were given due to an issue with the site. This was before we even knew he scratch card wouldn’t be working as well as the reward points. This compensation was not for this issue.

So now telling us you don’t know and don’t have info, it has been over a week. Some people are waiting on deposits. some ifnortmation other than “we don’t know” yall don’t know what happened to your site, you don’t know compensation, you don’t know when the issue would be fixed. Then maybe someone needs to make an announcement (or a decision) with some power.

The scratch card is now working (for me at least) so I think it’s time to take care of the players who spend money here. You guys have had amble time to make a decision regarding this. At the bare minimum please inform your staff that if they don’t know something to not make up lies.
Maybe communicate with us. You have no problem communicating things about crypto deposits and whatever, but when it comes to a major issue, the communication has been one message to our inbox on site.

Very let down at the way this was handled and I am still waiting for my comepnsated reward points from the scratch card and the crypto member. Have a feeling I’ll be waiting a while…

We are so sorry this whole situation has been so frustrating, especially after everything you’ve done to try and get some answers.

It’s been a tough stretch. We know that the compensation you guys got doesn’t exactly cover everything that’s happened since, especially with how long the reward points and scratch cards were down. However we have no information regarding any further compensation, its something needs to be added by Support.

There should’ve been more communication around what’s going on and what to expect. Getting told “we don’t know” again and again doesn’t feel great, and I’m really sorry if any of the replies you got came off the wrong way. Here on the forum we tried to share as much as information is possible, but if there is no update what effect you guys we cant say we have an update when we don’t.

We totally hear you. You’re right, making those kinds of decisions isn’t something we have control over, but we’re always here to make sure your voice is heard. The forum team is a small group, and we do our best to support each other and the community as best we can.

Of course and I’m sure your job is tough in times. Like these. I think the idea is hopefully someone sees or hears something and decides to fix something. But if a long shot, but the players are being mistreated l. In the long run, its slots.lv that is negative impacted because people will take their business elsewhere: but anyway. @Liv what’s the word on withdrawals? Am I the only one whose experiencing issues? I’ve been waiting on my current withdrawal request to be reviewed/approved for over 12 hours now.

There are no current withdrawal issues as far as we are aware, however the timeframe is up to 24 hours for processing.
