So heres the latest issue

So ive chatted with Customer Service over the past several days and recently replied to a comment made in this forum about " Big Words," that had been earlier in this thread.

And now this happen today causing a complete lack of trust with Slotslv. Like an idiot ive kept on deposit money on the daily just to watch it disappear throught out this whole time. Knowing that theres no rewards being earned and no wirh all the money ive been wasting, not like they are going to help anyways. But it does make it a little better after loosing.

As mentioned earlier in the thread that we could rest assure that any missing rewards would be fully compensated once technical issue were fixed. So i get a direct message today im the profile section of the website. Stating that the issues of the scratch card had been fixed and i was compensated 5 extra spins in 2 spins a day could be used. My first reaction was are you f__cking kidding me this is how im being conoensated for my missing rewards with 5 extra spins on a card that is almost 95% of the time to reveal the smallest amount reward once scratched. But to my surprise the scratch card is no longer even being displayed on my account…

As much as we would like to do more to help, please know that the decision regarding compensation was made by higher management, and unfortunately, we are unable to override it. We sincerely wish there was more we could personally do for you in this case.

Wow! That’s just messed up on every level! Hope you at least got some compensation during all the fake issues surrounding the scratch cards and reward points the past 9 days. Know that doesn’t make up for the reward points trust me I’m not getting mines either. Therefore I definitely know how you feel. And just like you I been depositing this past week just giving away my money to slots lv with no chance of winning!Even while not getting what’s owed to me! I feel like a total idiot now!

It’s been an ongoing issue for 9 days now. They say they are working on it and will compensate us accordingly

Same here i should have one left contacted custpmer support they said if it doesnt let me play in the next 24 hrs go ahead and contact them back. But i should have one more and she understands it doesnt display the countdown of when to scratch.

Im owed a ton of crypto rewards. When is this going to be rewarded to me?
