I still dont have my 2 deposits from the 20th equalling just under $100. Over the past 7 or 8 years I have accumulated just short of 24 million player points here which is the highest of all the casinos I spend money at yet, I get far more offers, benefits, and rewards from the all the other establishments. HardRock literally had a choclate cake delivered to my house on my birthday and I can assure you that I dont play there everyday like I do here. I’m not sure what their thought process on customer appreciation is here, but as a bussiness owner myself we always recognize and reward client dedication and I feel like they’d be getting a much different and more understanding response from their clients in the occasional and unavoidable situations where problems arise, if they made their dedicated clients feel a lil more appreciated… just my opinion, but I’m nobody…

Something is definitely off about all of this! It’s been too long waiting for rewards points and deposits without being told something authentic regarding the issues! Still waiting and even though I said I wasn’t going to deposit anymore until I get what’s owed to me but I still did against my better judgement when I saw that someone posted that they won on here! And now I’ve lost another 100 dollars playing on here! The way the games are literally not doing anything for two months now especially with all of the other issues seems intentional! Now I’m questioning the authenticity of that post! Hoping it wasn’t just a way to get players to deposit on here!
