Hard to believe we’re all missin our deposits

The Moderators are providing the answers they have, but once again THE BUSINESS IDEOLOGY to tell customers, yes, we know you haven’t been credited with the funds that you already sent, BUT if you send us MORE funds now, they SHOULD be there in a timely fashion.

Do I think they are a Ponzi Scheme? No.
Do I think they do everything possible to step on their own toes and make themselves seem very untrustworthy even when they are? Yes.
It doesn’t really work that way! The funds that were sent before have essentially got stuck do to the site issues, these will very likely need to be gone through and done manually, however since the issues were resolved new transactions should not be an issue.
It does work that way. Why would I want to make another deposit when the status of the one I’ve made two days ago is in limbo? Like I said before, when this issue is resolved, I better have the option to withdraw my funds IMMEDIATELY.

Chat hasn’t responded to my multiple contact attempts. Most recently a chat I initiated 5 minutes ago is timing out. Several issues needing remedied and help seems unattainable

So when everything is up and running… Is our deposits that we made days ago going to be automatically deposited into our account/ or automatically refunded back to us? What proof are you going to be needing to verify that we did make a deposit if it’s not showing in the transaction on your site the only proof I have is the confirmation that it was sent to the address you provided.
Talked to chat. Issue not resolved however $30 credit was issued with 35x play-through requirement.
Wake up this morning and it’s still no rewards, scratch card, no CS, nothing. It really is BS the way it’s being handled
