I state this respectfully. Just last week, my wife’s company was infiltrated with a cyber attack routing all ACH payments and giving unauthorized access to officer email addresses. Within 24 hours they had: notified all affected parties. Had a 3rd party company trace the root of the attack and the vulnerabilities that allowed it to happen. Reversed all incorrect ACH payments and routed to the proper accounts. Reset all safeguards to restore only authorized access. Notified proper authorities to investigate criminal intent.
Now I am aware this is a totally different industry that deals in cryptocurrency…but it’s all relative…
Then why was I just told by a rep that the deposit addresses I gave them were not for my account? Why would the rep tell me this when they couldn’t even access my account… I know for s fact they were the deposits ii made here and never received. So frustrating!

I just spoke to someone about my missing deposit money and they informed me that the deposit addresses I gave this rep were not for my account… Then I was ignored and they eventually disconnected me from the chat… what kind of customer service is this? The audacity to lie and say it’s only affecting SOME users. Not a single user has reported their deposit has cleared. On top of everything else, to gaslight us like this? Once again, I’m a diamond flurry level player. Consistently depositing 1 to 3 thousand PER MONTH. This has stopped being incompetence a long time ago. This is deliberate. Neither is acceptable. But the latter is nefarious.
There are lots of players who had deposits clear, it would appear that was currency specific rather than player specific
