I want to share some feedback because there are many things I genuinely love about this casino. The game selection is fantastic and the customer service team has always been friendly.

However, I am disappointed by the current player rewards. Removing the scratch cards left a big gap, and it feels like there are no real loyalty incentives anymore. Right now, the only option is a deposit match bonus. I prefer playing with my own funds first, and then having a bit of the casino’s house money as a true bonus.

I took a break from playing here a while ago for this reason. I came back hoping things might have improved, but the bonus structure is still the same. I really love playing here, and I hope management considers bringing back some no deposit player-friendly perks soon. Thank you Slotslv!!!

At the moment, we don’t have any information regarding what, if anything, will replace the Scratch Card promotion.
That said, feedback is always valuable. Hopefully we’ll have more exciting promotions and loyalty rewards to share in the future.:four_leaf_clover:

I absolutely agree! I love this casino and the games. But perks for players are seriously lacking. It’s disappointing really. The scratch card was something but when you are spending serious money and playing daily but receiving absolutely nothing in return and don’t have something to look forward to if indeed you have a bad week or whatever, especially when you’re at the highest level and “vip”, its not really making customers or at least myself wanting to keep playing. They literally only offer RO deposit bonuses but I never use those because i don’t want to win and have no choice but to use sooo much money to even have a chance at a withdrawable amount. I have played at other casinos online where they have free chips (rewards such as $50 $100 etc for playing there) or accumulation rewards or bonus money without such high ROs or any at all because theyre earned by amount of play. It is just not as fun and disheartening to have nothing to look forward to if its not your lucky day or week. Its not like it’s too much to ask.

It’s such a joke it’s unbelievable. Like when you reach milestones like reaching certain tiers especially the last three. Many places award you free play as congratulations for achieving the goal. The amount of play and money spent to get there should be a no brainer. I had to ask if there is something for achieving that status. What’s even the point of reaching those levels? You figured being on the three highest tiers you’d figure you get perks every so often since you’ve most likely spent a good sum of money to do so. I’m mean look at the forum slots.lv it’s written in bold bright letters. Nothing is done to show any appreciation to your players absolutely zero! Then spare me the we appreciate your feed back. If you appreciated players feed back then a solution to how unappreciated players feel in regards to this so called rewards program would have been resolved in some sort of way. It’s really not that difficult of a process to understand it’s really not. Then your 60x rollover requirements are a complete joke. Only site I’ve ever seen that has a minimum to use bonus points. Also it will take a extreme amount of luck to even clear a 60x rollover. Then your crypto match bonus your always trying to promote that’s practically worthless too. Oh we offer a great match! Please stop it! Yeah with a 60x rollover. So the astronomical number you’d have to achieve to even crack is so ridiculous that it’s pointless to even use. I can see maybe 30x even that’s a little difficult but 60x. You’re lack of player appreciation is so visible it’s disgusting. While do enjoy playing the site. I’ve never seen such a poor display of player appreciation than I’ve seen with this site. No birthday bonuses for players(this alone just shows me everything I need to know) hey thanks for being a loyal member here’s some free play for your birthday, no rewards for achieving reaching certain levels, the ridiculous requirements to even complete the bonuses, taking away a promotion and not having one ready in place to replace. Just come to enjoy the casino. If you’re looking for a player friendly casino and you think it’s here. You are prepared for the biggest disappointment of your life. Then if you want proof just scroll through the forum. Nobody I’m sure in most of these forums is looking for or has crazy expectations in what to receive in terms of perks. However for God Sake, Do better! The best casinos stay busy and have consistent action because of the appreciation they show players. Then what ever you decide is your next promotion please don’t make it a joke. The scratcher was cool but I know there are players that play a good amount of money on here please don’t disrespect players by awarding them 2.00 on a scratcher. I’m gonna end it there. I enjoy playing on the site don’t get me wrong but how nothing is done to show appreciation to players and it falls on deaf ears has to be quite possibly to most repulsive display of customer service I’ve ever seen and I work in the hospitality industry. If you truly appreciate your players then take the action to do so cause all this casino has done is consistently fall short time and time again. I wasn’t even suppose to write this if this site wasn’t a casino there would be zero not even zero there would be no chance you stay in business based on how you treat the clientele. People are always going to keep playing because the site is fun but eventually there will be sites that are fun to not only on have decent rewards programs and players will migrate to that. Have no problem taking peoples money but have a hard time showing appreciation back. I try to hope this site will do better but it’s like having a dream that you’ll never fulfill.

I absolutely agree! I win more on café casino than I do here they have a bonus will you spend? It was every seven days now it’s deposit $50 or more and get it every three days slots could’ve at least kept the scratch card and just up the deposit! I’ve been playing on here for years, and I finally made it to another tier!! However I do like the $30 bonus funds. I’ve been receiving every now and then that was something I never expected and I even asked my sister-in-law who is at the highest here. You can get that y’all promote to that y’all have to do it. They don’t just level up. You guys have to give them that tier, but she’s never got any bonus funds and she’s always getting free spins everything so that is one thing I can say that has been OK but I’ve been playing on here for years and finally just moved up another tier!!! I have not cashed out and I couldn’t tell you how long my favorite game does not hit but if I go on café, I hit the jackpot for $6000 a few weeks ago and that’s not the first time I’ve hit the jackpot on there Reels XL I have had it over five times on café Casino, but on slots, I have not hit the jackpot one time NOT ONE TIME!!! This is my favorite casino however, it’s just starting to feel like I’m losing way more than I’m winning, which I understand it’s risky but still, you should let a person win every now and then

That’s constantly the same excuse. So until this site actually takes action. Your words really mean nothing. There’s still been nothing to replace the scratcher after it’s been taken away. Nobody cares to so just go and say it and stop wasting everyone’s one time because you say it’s out of your control so whom ever is in control could careless and it’s always already been proven clearly.

You do zero to take care of your players absolutely zero! It’s pathetic. I’m at the third highest tier and it’s pretty much no benefit of doing so. Request free play to only be denied no matter how much money I spend. Im completely done with this site cause it’s just constant excuse after excuse. Your customer service is garbage and how you going to take something away and not have something to replace it. Constantly screwing players over. I remember why I took a long break from this site it’s literally a complete dissapointment. I never seen such a failure in customer service. You’re never going to treat your players well so stop saying you will.

It seems like your “promotion team” has been on vacation for years. This issue has been a problem for so long it’s going to end up tanking your website. I’m sure you all make plenty of money, but if you were a little more generous and appreciated your players, and gave us a reason not to go to your competitors, you’d make more. Whoever is in charge of promotions is asleep at the wheel and needs a new job.

Yea for real tell me about it, Im literally the highest reward tier you can be in and haven’t gotten any type of perk in a long time this is the one I’ve gotten most recently and had to spend almost 2000 rewards points for 10 free spins at .20. First off how is it free spins when you had to buy them with points lol. And I won 1.23 such a joke for real then whenever you write something they just say it’s not up to them but it’s promotions so they will send it to them. And they value our feedback but there isn’t ever any type of change you never hear from promotions so how much do you value of business and opinions if nothing ever changes please make it make sense?

And then we get this bonus that makes up depaoit $100 x 3 before we can even ask for some playback. I just have to wait it out until it expires. It’s quite disappointing that we have no perks. They need to bring the scratch card back. That’s what kept me coming back.
