Neither have I. I contacted chat and was told if they not issued today for me to reach out tomorrow for the points. But I want them today!

Missing my crypto rewards, I know some people got theirs at 10:00 but none yet for me and I already wasted time talking to CS and having them lie to me.

Hi @QueenofHearts, we’ve reviewed your account and confirmed that reward points were issued for all qualifying deposits. You can check your transaction history under the “Points” section to view all the Crypto Club points that were added.
Please note that reward points are credited the day after a deposit and a minimum wager of $20 has been made.
The last time I received bonus points was the morning of 6/19. I made deposits on 6/19 and per the transaction history on my account I have not credited with my points on 6/20 for the deposits on 6/19.

Kindly note that to receive the reward points, you must make a $20 deposit and wager it on the same day—before 11:59 PM EST. The reward points will then be credited to your account the following day after the qualifying deposit and wager have been completed. See here.
Not sure about that. Because chat said that I have to wait for the allotted time frame but that time frame should have been yesterday 6/20 for my deposits from 6/19. I’ve never had this issue before normally my crypto club reward points are on time. Just not understanding how this happens where crypto club reward points aren’t issued on time when I was under the impression that the system at slots lv issues the reward points automatically the day after an deposit has been made. Therefore I can’t say anything was already handled when at the present I’m still waiting.

Whoa!No I never received my reward points yesterday for my deposits from the 19th! The only reward points I received was 4.00 dollars that was accumulated from me playing yesterday when I made a deposit. Chat even told me to check back today about the reward points. I can’t be cheated out of my reward points. I look forward to receiving those after making deposits.
For the deposit on the 19th- you have got the points yesterday and for the deposit on the 20th you have not got the points yet.
Hi Liv. They were just issued. But they appeared as a gift on the screen where you would redeem deposit bonuses. Not sure what happened there. If may be they were already there and I DUDNT see them. But I got the Liv. Thank you for your prompt response to my inquiry.

Well I still haven’t received my cash back for yesterday from my qualifying deposits on 6/19/25. But received a PM saying my scratch card redemptions were my crypto club cash back. Wtf?!?
