I never received my points on the 20th for my over $1500 in 4+ deposits on the 19th. I’m owed 17,500 points. I have now received my points on the 21st for my deposits on the 20th. This is seriously so ridiculous. Y’all keep explaining the requirements like I am confused, I know what the promotion is I know when to expect my points. I have not received my points for my deposits on the 19th. It really isn’t that hard to figure out.

Why didn’t I get my rewards yesterday, the 20th, for my $170 deposits on the 19th? I spoke with 2 different customer service impersonators who gave me the run around, can’t handle another chat with them. I got them as usual today but still nothing on the missing ones.

I had EXACTLY the same issue as you. I normally get them every day at 10:00 (used to be 10:30) but nothing yesterday and 17.50 today at 10:00.

AND the exact same issue with the CS Reps. who I’m convinced don’t get any training as I understand the rewards program much better than them!

SO what you’re telling me is that you did the same thing as the CS Reps. and ignored the details of the issue and gave me an “answer” that does nothing but waste more time… I made it a point to specifically point out the dates yet you replied about a completely different date! You guys should stop assuming that we’re wrong or lying like we KNOW the rules better than employees and dont like wasting time like this.

Is that why you guys do these things? Purposely drag it out hoping people just say forget it? Because there’s NO WAY that trained CS reps could be so maddeningly ignorant as the people I have my chats with!

I’m still missing my points from my deposits on the 19th and all I keep getting told is they were added on the 20th and they were not! It’s literally not rocket science and not that hard to figure out my transaction history does not show 17,500 points added to my balance on 6/20. Please add them asap!!

I’m missing my points from 6/19 . And talked to chat 3 times been given 3 different reasons.

It seems a lot of people are missing points from the 19th and all we keep getting told is they were added when they were not. So irritating.
