I too have this same issues and I was in no way offer no where near as much as everyone else wow that kinda hurts and upsets me we should all be given the same amount if offered the same promotion right?

And I was offered next to nothing compared to what I have seen on this post which is very upsetting
Becuase I truly do enjoy this platform and so far have not had issues as far as the customer service I just would like to think my hard earned money being spent and rewarded we should all recieve equal amounts if that such promotion is causing problems and as far as the game goes I don’t have ANY accsess to it at all anymore

Typical, your platform reaching out to game providers for assistance and mislabeling your platforms issues as provider issues.
You as a casino have an obligation to provide support and resolutions to your customers in a timely manner, multiple weeks with no resolution is not acceptable and is completely unreasonable.
Your platform should be the one to take whatever losses come with this error, not the provider OR especially not the customer we take enough losses from you people already.
