Free spins delight keeps crashing out on first spin

Moderators continue to offer “assistance” and claim if we have any further issues or concerns to not hesitate to reach out, but doing so provides zero resolution and actually just creates further discouragement as it seems everybody simply throws their hands up like oh well :man_shrugging:t2: nothing can be done about something that if the roles were reversed and someone essentially owed the casino money they would not hesitate to take every possible opportunity to get that money back.

I’ve played here for a very long time, I’ve been a diamond member for years, and I’ve never seen anything so mismanaged as something as simple as honoring a bonus YOU OFFERED. You guys make the rules, and then when the rules don’t work in your favor all of a sudden it takes almost a month for still NOTHING to be fixed… but you keep preaching about these big wins and new games and all this yippee nonsense while the bulk of your customers just want their damn free spins

The best help I receive is on the forum, I would like to express my opinion on how unhelpful and sometimes even rude the agents on the site are. I hate to leave you guys but there’s very little incentive to stick around. The forum moderators, again, they’re wonderful…the rest of the customer service team completely useless. Ive never really been able to get through a deposit bonus. The rewards aren’t improving. The scratch card is a joke, the not being able to access your points until you have so many, not a fan. It’s just consistently gone down hill in my few years here. Plus, I just never cash out that often. Then in the off chance I do, I won’t hit anything for several days following. I do worse at this casino than any other I play at and it’s always some technical issue like this with the free spins. When they do give you a little gift it doesn’t even work lol and then I asked CS for an ETA and they told me I would no longer be eligible for the free spins bc they gave me a free bonus in lieu of them. Haha I mean, at some point it’s a me problem continuing to play here and I need to take note that this casino doesn’t care about keeping customers.

Yeah LOL I’m just over it at this point. Nothing like seeing all these big winners and new games while currently losing a lot of money and not receiving the free spins as promised! Then getting the 10.00 dollar bonus for completing a survey and it’s attached to a HUGE 60x playthrough! Talk about a slap in the face! Sheesh! Well I’ve given all I can give without any gains just losses on top of losses and no compensation! Just not fun AT ALL ANYMORE!

Same. I think I’ll be depositing considerably less as well. Just not worth it. The rewards have changed so much for the worse just in the short while I’ve been here. We need to take the hint and quit giving them business bc they don’t want long term customers that much is clear to me.

Yeah I totally agree! This casino has turned in to all take and no give! And what’s given is so minimal that thier better off keeping it! Because at the end of the day it’s not even enough to do anything with let alone enjoy the games. The last I checked when a company wants to keep loyal customers they offer incentives REAL INCENTIVES so that their loyal customers don’t go astray! I don’t know about anyone else but I don’t have money to keep donating to slots lv! I’ve donated enough in my ten years playing here!

Plus to sum it up there’s so many other options as far as online casino goes or a brick and mortar casino for that matter that it’s pointless and a total waste of money and time to keep depositing somewhere where they obviously don’t appreciate thier players.
