Free spins delight keeps crashing out on first spin

I posted on this privately. This is very important that we are compensated for the massive letdown you’ve caused. At $6.25 a spin x’s 50 spins assuming not everyone wins that’s at least $150-200. I expect better than a $50 chip!

Same thing happened to me.

I didn’t even get a $50 dollar chip! I got 20.00 and I deposit a lot and consistently! So many complaints that’s it’s absurd! Everyone on here begging for free chips and free spins that im sure we all have more than earned! Shouldn’t have to beg, shouldn’t even have to ask! Compensation should be automatic especially when you’re a loyal consistent player!

Negative. They said the compensation given is determined by your level. So at lightning blitz I get $30 :person_shrugging:t4:

No but your team is responsible for giving us our free spins and it shouldn’t take OVER A WEEK to do so!!!

That’s not true! So I don’t know why they said that! I’m
Diamond flurry highest level and have been for a long time now. And I only received 20.00 in compensation.

That sucks to hear. Did u try asking for the rest?If u haven’t yet, u should try speaking with an agent as I did regarding the other $30 seeing that u r diamond level ur shouldn’t b a problem then
