Same, I have messaged them in chat now I’m told is that I need to clear my cache refresh for my browser or try it incognito mode which I tried all of that I even restarted my device and nothing is working I’m still not able to play The spins this happens a lot though I don’t know why

Notice how the email says 20 and when you go to claim it says 50.

I didn’t even notice that it said 50 when I claimed it. Still no help from customer support the last thing they told me was to try a different device and I said well clearly if everybody else is having this problem then it’s not my device it’s obviously on your side

I also received the free spins deight email and the same thing as tric666 once I claimed and confirmed the 20 free spins I loaded the hooked on fishing game and no free spins can someone help me out with this please
