I was supposed to get a survey to do after speaking with chat but it never came through so Im coming here to give my feedback. I spoke with Kevin about my free spins not working and after confirming my account and sending a screenshot of my email he informed me of the technical issue and rectified it another way which was more than fair. Activated Free Spins. Says free spins on sites main page, but when I enter the game it says I need to make a deposit. Seems like everyone is having issues, some of them are not even the same. Finally got into game and itā€™s offering me 20 instead of the 50 I was offered

The Marketing Team confirmed that the original bonus was created for Coins of Poseidon , but due to the issue, it was later updated to Hooked on Fishing .

Players who had already claimed the bonus when it was tied to Coins of Poseidon , the system wonā€™t allow it to be claimed again after the update (in this case was comp issued-I assume). The updated version is only available to players who claimed it after the change was made.

Just to clarify as well, this wasnā€™t an additional bonus for compensation, but rather the same bonus being updated to a different game.
