so i deposited almost 30$ yesterday at 10am and i still have no recieved my
money i can’t get a hold of anyone at all on chat support or email this is so not cool i feel robbed :frowning:

And you won’t not until this is cleared up. They won’t answer you. That’s how it is

I got mine when i woke up this morning. A note to everyone: i finally got someone in CS who told me my account had been fixed (it had not been). They will have to ā€œescalateā€ my claim of no deposit to a higher department. I cant help but wonder thst if i had never wrote them…would i have ever gotten my deposit…food for thought.

I did receive my deposit. Thank you. However, my deposit was over $30 and that should be eligible for the scratchcard . when i check it tells me to deposit, but I did. I also selected the 100 percent match deposit bonus that I did not get. My question is will we be credited for this?
