Day Streak Promo

I appreciate your attempted assistance, but the fact that I was not allowed my request to speak with a supervisor, and was essentially “hung up on” many times by the agents is another HUGE Issue.

It’s insanely troublesome that I’ve spent more time just trying to get answers while speaking to your agents, only to have the chats immediately ended (by the agent, not me) the moment that I say the word “supervisor”than I have speaking with my family members. And there is no compensation, bonus, or resolution for MY wasted time and money.

Wait… there’s a streak promotion? I was told it was just a fun little counter that didn’t serve any promotional purpose. I’ve never got anything. Currently on a 27 day streak.:face_with_symbols_over_mouth:

Why are only some platers getting the day streak promotion? No possible way inhavent given you guys enough of my mobey being lifhtning blitz. Was told it didnt count for anything and yet all of theae players say they receive rewards points based on their day sgreaks. Im pretty sure i should have earned atvleast 50k-60k ppints by now if i wasnt excluded.

I have the same situation going on and my counter keeps going back to 0 when I’ve play everyday religiously. So infuriating.

The day streak promotion is managed by our marketing team, and they determine the eligibility and distribution of rewards.

Ever get it taken care of? I’m on my 6th day and not one response from any of my “escalations”. 24 to 48 hours has turned into 6 days and no points at all or even an email

Nope. And I’m furious. At this point, they’ve said that they resolved h the issue, but I never received my rewards points and now my streak counter is just gone.

It’s actually kinda sketchy at this point all jokes aside, I can’t speak to a supervisor and can’t get a response from anyone in customer service or the marketing team after 7 days. Really shocking to have them treat it this way

Yup and how am I supposed to know if my 11 days so far is just gone or do I deposit to keep it going? No one has answer me, they just understand my concerns, but it’s a lose lose
