That’s why I’m asking. If the super deposit bonus is unlocked doesn’t that mean the system recognized my deposit last night as a qualifying one. If humans won’t honor it despite the system honoring it (we all know that the system often accepts deposits from the night before) then take it off. Then last thing I need is another deposit bonus stuck to my account that I don’t want and won’t use. Had I not been forced into this program, the old benefits would’ve been added automically already as they had been for the weeks prior.
I mean, the terms you guys like to throw back at is says the first deposit will unlock the match bonus, first set of spins and points.
The week starts on Monday.

Oh! I can tell you! It’s because the system often recognizes deposits made on Sunday night as the first qualifying deposit of the week. In both programs actually. Check my last two weeks. Deposit was made on Sunday and the spins and points were there Monday morning! Of course that was the old program. The new program often does the same thing, except it often has hiccups when awarding the spins and points. Which is why I hate that I was forced into this program. Because I’ve been on it for less than a week and I’ve already had to spend too much time educating employees how it works.
These spins are all dated and get removed from accounts on Sunday evening, so they will not be added on a Monday as they are not there anymore. This is why is a player doesn’t get their spins on Sunday and informs us on Monday we add bonus cash as the spins have already been removed.
The old promotion worked differently and the spins from the previous week were still available.
I’m not talking about spins from the week prior. But I can’t keep doing this with you guys. It’s emotionally taxing. Keep your spins, keep your points, take back all the deposit and match bonus! We are told to trust the system, then the system added things by mistake. One agent says one thing, and the next another. No matter what, I’m wrong. You win.

Lol so the system recognized a deposit as qualifying but didn’t add the full set of bonus. No one will assist the system in its error by either completeing the set of bonuses or correcting the error. But I should totally continue to deposit right! Lol ya’ll for real with this?
